Moonshot offers a Hologic DEXA integration. Confirm your scanner model, software version, local connection requirements, and available data before committing. Ask for a demonstration using a de-identified sample from your setup rather than assuming every scanner or export format is supported.
Yes. Moonshot supports branded DEXA reports from supported scan data. Review the measurements, client matching, and output with your team. Report generation and delivery are separate actions; a generated report should not be assumed to have reached the client.
Performance includes memberships and prepaid testing packages alongside booking and client records. Use your actual package structure in the walkthrough so you can see how the front desk handles purchases and subsequent visits.
Performance is $650 per location per month with unlimited staff. There is no Moonshot platform transaction fee; payment-processor charges are separate. Review the pricing page for annual billing and the Medical plan if you also provide prescribing services.
Optional hands-on migration starts at $1,000 and is quoted by scope. Before switching, identify the records, documents, active plans, and open work you need to bring over. Confirm the transfer scope and a sample of the imported records before choosing your go-live date.
